What they say

Sanskrit is a dead language with no relevance.

The Truth

Sanskrit is the mother of ALL Indo-European languages. NASA declared it the most suitable language for AI. It has the most systematic grammar (Panini's Ashtadhyayi has 3959 rules). Every Indian language derives from Sanskrit. It's still used in temple rituals, Ayurveda, and scholarship.

Panini's Ashtadhyayi (4th century BCE) is the world's first formal grammar — it predates modern linguistics by 2300 years. Sanskrit has 70+ words for water, 100+ for elephant. Rick Briggs (NASA, 1985) showed Sanskrit is ideal for natural language processing. German scholars studied Sanskrit to understand their own language's roots. It's spoken in Mattur village in Karnataka today.
